Dr. Mini opened the doors to Today's Vision Quail Valley in 2010, looking for something more than corporate optometry could offer—time to connect, flexibility to raise her child, and the chance to lead with empathy.

She wrote her own business plan, secured financing, and built a solo practice from the ground up in a small strip center near Missouri City’s City Hall. Today, her clinic is a trusted space for advanced, community-rooted eye care shaped by her experiences as a mother, a woman of color, and a mission volunteer.
